What is Xtreme Gap Year's cancellation and refund policy?
Xtreme Gap Year’s cancellation charges vary by how far in advance the cancellation is made. Cancellations made 121 or more days before departure forfeit the deposit (minimum £250/€250). Cancellations between 120 and 91 days before departure are charged 50% of the total program fee. Cancellations 90 days or fewer before departure require full payment and are 100% non-refundable. How do I book a program?
Browse available trips by destination or trip style at xtremegapyear.co.uk/destinations. Once you select a program, complete the booking form on the relevant trip page. A deposit of £250 (UK), €250 (Netherlands/EU), or $400 (Australia) is required to confirm your place. You will receive a confirmation invoice within 24 hours.
How do I cancel or change my booking?

How do I get my predeparture information?
After booking, you will receive a predeparture pack approximately 12 weeks before your departure date. It includes your itinerary, emergency contact number, packing list, and login details for the customer portal. If you are traveling within 12 weeks of booking, this information will be sent at the time of confirmation.
What insurance do I need?
