I was told by the Viking agent to book my current cruise early for the best price. Subsequently had a significant price drop of over $1000 per booking. Viking refused to adjust my pricing to the promo rates. Never again!

Try to make a change - Viking hell. Tried to change trip from one day to another. Was told to look for an open room - do a courtesy booking to hold it - contact Viking customer support and they would take care of it,

They didn't. No communication. Just the courtesy hold cancelled. Was finally able to talk to a supervisor - pretty much told that's the way it goes, But I could keep trying....

If you have insurance and cancel or perhaps even transfer - you forfeit the insurance money.

Can not contact corporate as there is no contact info.

This will be my third and last trip with Viking. There customer service is horrible

 by Ray

Viking customer service reps are just basically order takers. They are not knowledgeable about the product that they're selling because they don't experience the cruise first hand. And don't expect to hear from them once you place your order. You'll never hear from them again.
