US Bank is horrible!!!! They have had my brothers money from the sale of his house for over a year in a checking account that they have frozen and will not unfreeze it for him. They are constantly excuses why they will not unfreeze it! Do not put your money in any of their banks!!!!!! I don't know what we can do to make them give him his money they are making money but he is not!! This is wrong!!!! I would not give them any stars for a rating I would take away stars if I could
