What is T-Mobile's privacy policy?

T-Mobile collects personal data primarily to improve your experience using their services, and also uses it to personalise the ads and offers you receive. This includes data shared with professional service providers, disclosed in response to legal processes, or used to investigate possible illegal activities and protect against fraud and security incidents. T-Mobile does not sell your data without your permission, and customers can access, delete, and correct their personal information, as well as manage advertising preferences, through T-Mobile’s Privacy Dashboard.

What are T-Mobile's terms of use?

By accepting T-Mobile’s Terms and Conditions, customers also acknowledge receiving the Privacy Notice, which describes the personal data collected, how it is used and shared, and available data choices. Disputes between customers and T-Mobile are resolved through individual binding arbitration or in small claims court — there is no jury trial — and the arbitrator can award the same damages and relief as a court, including attorneys’ fees, on an individual basis. Additionally, so-called unlimited plans may be subject to data deprioritisation after a set threshold, meaning speeds can drop during periods of network congestion.
