I paid the extra fee to allow me to cancel my reservation should the need arise..i made a reservation to attend a family members open heart surgury. The doctor at the last minuet changed the dates.
I canceled my reservation with the hotel and recieved conformation via email which i forwarded to super.com and am still be refused a refund. I wouldnt reccomend anyome using this platform for any reason

Super.com is charging me for a room that I paid for through Booking.com and then billing me twice each time, $15.00, for I don't know what. I never asked them, never signed up with them, ut they interjected themselves into my Booking.com transaction while on the internet. This is a sleazy company, you can't even contact them though their website. If I could give minus stars I would, they are that bad.
