Storyworth provides a full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as the books have not been printed. Printed books are non-returnable, except in cases of defects.
How much does Storyworth cost per month?
Storyworth only has a yearly subscription of $99.
How do I access my Storyworth account?
Access your Storyworth account by logging into the Storyworth website. Once logged in, you can invite others to read your story.
What happens when a Storyworth subscription ends?
When your Storyworth subscription ends, you will keep access to your account and all of your stories for 3 months. In this time, you can still print your stories. To continue with your book longer you will need to renew your subscription.
How many pictures can you put in Storyworth?
There is no limit to the number of photos you can include in your Storyworth book. However, keep in mind that there is a 480-page limit for your final printed book.
Can 2 people write on Storyworth?
A Storyworth subscription covers 1 storyteller and 1 book. If you want multiple storytellers and books, you can buy additional subscriptions. Once you have multiple subscriptions, you can even combine the stories into a single book. To set this up, simply email Storyworth at hello@storyworth.com.
