Silhouette America's serial numbers indicate the manufacturing location (first letter), year and month of manufacture (first three numbers), machine model (middle letter), and a unique identifier (last numbers). For example, "T711D" means a Cameo 3 made in China in November 2017. Serial numbers are found on the back or bottom of machines.
