How to read machine serial numbers?
Silhouette America’s serial numbers indicate the manufacturing location (first letter), year and month of manufacture (first three numbers), machine model (middle letter), and a unique identifier (last numbers). For example, “T711D” means a Cameo 3 made in China in November 2017. Serial numbers are found on the back or bottom of machines.

THey don't deserve any stars. They tried, but failed. Machines are flawed in the field, and not recalled. Customer Service is slow and there is no direct line to them. The system is full of lies telling you there are ways to talk to someone. IT is very bad. Don't buy this stuff. Stay Away.
