I have shopped with them for years. I tried to get into my account. They said it’s the wrong info. Hit forgot password. They said enter email. Entered email. They said we don’t have that email on file. Next day they send me a email at that address. Can’t talk to a person for help. Can’t wait till this stupidity in in full gear and nothing gets done.

I have purchased many parts over the years and never had a complaint. Ordered a window motor and it showed up without hardware (bolts) If it doesn't come with hardware, it should be noted. Wasn't aware they didn't have customer service where you can talk to a real person. May never use Rock Auto again for this reason. (not able to talk to someone)

OMG This place is horrific to deal with, I ordered parts once before and was assured this was right part . Took to have put on by a shop here in Louisville Ky and upon taking parts off and having about ready to replace LO and behold it was the wrong damn part. I ate the full price on that, This time around dumbass me thought I would give the the benefit of the doubt Ill be damned if they didn't ship the damn wiring harness that was suppose to be in the box. I just need them to send a damn wiring harness but I don't have the option of doing that they want me to send the whole part back after telling them I only needed the wiring harness, PLEASE if you can get these people to contact me somehow some way so I can get this resolved and I will forever be on my way. This is horrible customer service to say the least.....Thank You

This company can’t be bothered with trying to satisfy their customers. They must have several dozen shipping locations. If someone orders brake pads, hardware and cleaner, RockAuto will ship the order from 5 different locations. It’s a useless business.

Where's the zero button that's the rating you deserve a zero I wish I could attach the attachments where this company is pretending like my order in my email does not exist you're a terrible company now I go to Facebook your Instagram Google maps better Business bureau and on and on and on long as I can give you a black eye I'll be happy I also see you have a lot of one star ratings they are the post that on their website oh that's right you won't because it will hurt your business like I'm going to
