Didn’t receive my package but couldn’t get a refund because I didn’t send the package back to them? How can I send something back I didn’t even receive? Got the email it was delivered but it never was
Ordered a radiator for 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited w/2.0L Turbo engine. Got the radiator in, mechanic went to in stall and found that the mounting point on the drivers side were 1/2" off. With over 4 hours on the phone with CSF Radiator no one could make sure the next part would be correct without ME paying to ship it to my mechanic. No way to call Rock Auto to discuss this issue. I now have shipping both from and to Rock Auto, plus labor to remove and install radiator 2 twice. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM EITHER ROCK AUTO OR CSF RADIATOR. Just a note, I have worked with 7 manufacturers in the aftermarket for 40 years. We would NEVER have allowed this to happen at any of the companies.
They sent me a greasy used fuel pump with no gasket greasy instructions. I am absolutely furious. I will never buy another thing from rock auto again. Do not trust these people and if you try to call them on the telephone, they have no customer service with human beings this place is terrible. I am furious.
I have shopped with them for years. I tried to get into my account. They said it’s the wrong info. Hit forgot password. They said enter email. Entered email. They said we don’t have that email on file. Next day they send me a email at that address. Can’t talk to a person for help. Can’t wait till this stupidity in in full gear and nothing gets done.
I have purchased many parts over the years and never had a complaint. Ordered a window motor and it showed up without hardware (bolts) If it doesn't come with hardware, it should be noted. Wasn't aware they didn't have customer service where you can talk to a real person. May never use Rock Auto again for this reason. (not able to talk to someone)
