Reasons people stopped going to Pizza Hut is they got very dirty inside and restrooms ran out of paper products AND the customer service was nil AND the buffet station was contaminated by customers & employees with dirty food handling habits.

I’m really disappointed with the customer service I received from Pizza Hut. My original order never arrived because they delivered someone else’s order to me instead. On top of that, the first delivery driver was very rude and acted irritated that he even had to come to my door because he expected me to meet him by the apartment office. I didn’t even keep the incorrect order and gave it back to the second driver when they finally brought my actual food.

What really upset me was how the situation was handled afterward. When I called the store, I asked to speak to a manager. The employee said they were the manager, and after I explained that I received the wrong order and experienced rude behavior from the driver, I simply asked if there was anything they could do for the inconvenience. I wasn’t demanding anything unreasonable — I honestly just expected an apology or maybe a small discount for a future order since this experience was such a hassle. Instead, I was told “no” and that they would only resend the order.

Later, after I filled out a complaint about the service, I received a call from another manager. Unfortunately, that conversation made the experience even worse. The way she spoke to me felt very condescending, like I was somehow a problem for reporting the issue in the first place. Instead of trying to resolve things professionally, it felt more like she was mocking me and dismissing my concerns. The only thing she mentioned was giving me a 2-liter soda, and the way it was said came across sarcastic rather than helpful.

Overall, the entire experience felt rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from start to finish. I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut before, but after this experience, it honestly makes me not want to order from this location again or recommend it to friends and family. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.

I placed an order online for a pasta dish the restaurant did not have it and substituted it with brownies. I called to request a refund and the store manager refused to give a refund

After discovering one of the pizzas in our order was incorrect, I called the store to request a replacement. I was placed on hold for six minutes and, upon speaking with an employee, was treated with extreme rudeness before she eventually hung up on me.

When my husband arrived at the store to request a refund for the incorrect item, he was met with further unprofessionalism. The individual claiming to be the manager informed him that a refund would only be issued if all pizzas—including the ones my children were already eating at home—were returned. She then offered a credit or a wait for a new pizza, despite the clear lapse in service quality. My husband ultimately accepted the credit simply to end the frustrating encounter.

As frequent customers who consistently tip on pickup orders, we are incredibly disappointed by this treatment. Due to this experience, we ended up without dinner and had to spend additional time and money elsewhere.
