Certain items, like perishables, hazardous materials, or CBD/hemp products, must be declared and may be refused. Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 15 days with documentation. The agreement can be terminated with notice or for breach, is governed by Delaware law, and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
