I called them 4 weeks ago they said they call me back they never did. I chatted with them and was told to call I've called five different times every time I go through the prompts and end up with nothing but dead air.

There appears to be no way to contact them during the free 90-day customer support after service because obviously they have no customer support.

Knicker used to be great we've been with them for decades but they are clearly now a company that does not stand by its products.
