Title: Misleading Promises, No Response — Beware

I booked a “premium package” through Monster Travel Group with the promise (from their representative Tariq B.) of an Ocean View room. I paid a $600 premium service fee based on that assurance.

As my stay approaches, the hotel has confirmed I’m only assigned a standard room — no view. Tariq and his staff lied to me.

This feels like misrepresentation and bait-and-switch. I hope they will finally honor what was promised. Until then, I warn others to be extremely cautious with Monster Travel Group’s claims and upgrades.
