June 8, 2026. Just called Levelor regarding some repairs that my cellular shades needed.
Pam was MOST efficient at her Job! Knowledgeable, courteous, and relentless at helping me find all the information kept in my file to allow me to have repairs made and replacements for some items that no longer can matched with a alternative color by offering to send swatches of what is available currently.
She was a Rock Star at her job and Deserves to be recognized for it.
