Privacy policy

Kikoff’s privacy policy (last updated February 12, 2026) describes what personal information the company collects — including identifiers, device and browsing data, and professional information — how that information is used and shared with service providers and advertising partners, and how users can exercise state privacy rights. Residents of California, Connecticut, Minnesota, Montana, and Oregon may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting privacy@kikoff.com.

Terms of service

Kikoff’s terms of service (revised November 12, 2025) govern use of the Kikoff website and mobile app by U.S. residents. The terms cover eligibility, proprietary content rights, and prohibited uses. They also contain a binding arbitration agreement that requires most disputes to be resolved on an individual basis rather than through class action; users have the right to opt out of arbitration as described in the document.

Can I get a refund from Kikoff?
