It describes the personal information the company collects from customers, website visitors, suppliers, and other third parties, how that information is used to identify customers, service accounts, process payments, and target advertising, and how it may be shared with service providers, affiliates, and government agencies. The policy includes a separate California-resident supplement and notes that Gexa Energy, NextEra Energy Services, and EverBright follow their own policies.

Live agents are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (all times eastern). If the AI loop won’t hand off, hang up and try again at a less busy time (early morning), or use the live chat option inside My Account, which can also escalate to a representative. Customers on Elliott’s own FPL page have repeatedly complained that the AI routing makes it hard to reach a human.

Keep a written record of who you spoke with and any case number. If you cannot resolve the dispute, file a complaint with the Florida Public Service Commission, which handles formal regulatory complaints against FPL.
