I.m 100% in agreement with other responders about FPL. The voice management is impossible. They need to realise that it is not always a simple query you are asking about and really need to speak to a real person who can address your concern.

The north Florida division of this company is an absolute joke. Called many times since October about the power flickering through our street and still nothing changed. Even trucks coming out here and still nothing changed. I have lost a quarter of my files on my pc from the power surging it, and that’s not even including the other people in the house problems. From the stove, microwave, tvs everything has gotten [censored] from this establishments lazy no care work ethics. Only time I’ve heard people get assistance is after they constantly called them everyday.

I would give FP&L a MINUS 100% ! Their “AI” customer routing system SUCKS. It is impossible to get an “escape” to a live agent, customer service. Please fix this !!!

 by Michele Lambert Tremblay

I would rate customer service Minus 100!!! I’d like to check the box to speak to a human being, not a ROBOT!!! “I’m sorry that service is not available!”
