Why is my Experian score different from my TransUnion or Equifax score?

Experian also provides an identity theft victim assistance guide at experian.com/blogs/ask-experian/credit-education/preventing-fraud/victim-assistance/.
The CFPB sued Experian for inadequate dispute investigations. What does that mean for me?
This refers to allegations that some consumer disputes were not fully investigated as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Regardless of the litigation, consumers retain the right to dispute information and demand a full reinvestigation. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may re-dispute with additional documentation, add a statement of dispute to your file, or contact the original data furnisher directly.
Does Experian's dispute process take longer than 30 days?
Under the FCRA, most disputes must be investigated within 30 days (or 45 days if you submit additional information during the period). If your dispute has not been resolved within the legal timeframe, you have the right to escalate the matter. Track your dispute status at experian.com/help/dispute-credit/.
