Reservations can be made online through the EagleRider website or by calling customer service at (888) 900-9901. You'll need to select your desired motorcycle, rental dates, and any additional options or insurance.
  1. Log in to EagleShare and go to your dashboard.
  2. Click on my trips (if you're a renter) or my bookings (if you're a host).
  3. Find the trip you want to cancel.
  4. Click on cancel the booking.
  5. Choose the reason for cancellation that best fits your situation.
  6. Review the cancellation fee and refund amount, then click cancel my booking.
The refund you get depends on when you cancel and how you choose to receive it:
  • Cancel up to 24 hours before your pickup time. There is no cancellation fee if you cancel more than 24 hours before your pick-up time. You will get whatever refund you are due using your chosen refund method.
  • Cancel within 24 hours of pickup: There’s a cancellation fee. Call (888) 900-9901 or message via its online contact form for more details about the cancellation fee.
  • Cancel after pick-up: There’s a grace period of 2 hours for daily rate booking and 15 minutes for hourly rate booking.
  • The cancellation time is based on the vehicle’s time zone. Refunds are automatically issued after 72 hours, but your bank may take 3 to 10 business days to return the funds.
The minimum age requirement to rent a motorcycle from EagleRider is generally 21 years old.
EagleRider accepts major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Some locations may also accept cash or debit cards.
Basic liability insurance is usually included, but EagleRider offers various insurance options for additional coverage. It is highly recommended to purchase additional insurance for better protection.
If the motorcycle is damaged during your rental period, the cost of repairs may be covered by your insurance, depending on the coverage you selected. You may also be responsible for a deductible.
You will need to bring a valid motorcycle license, a credit card for the security deposit, and your reservation confirmation. An international driving permit may be required for non-U.S. residents.
