the worthless worker was the rudest person I have ever met and should not be in customer service. who ever shops at this store, address is 818 e 4th st pueblo co 81001 should never shop there tell they fire her.

The store employees at cove Arkansas including the store manager smoke right outside the front door. The entrance right in front of the store which is very rude to the customers not only that they smoke right next to the propane cage Right on the handicap ramp in front of the store.
The store manager and the rest of the employees all park in the front of the store for the duration of their shift which customers could park there but they hasve to walk further because they're taking parking spot where handicapped people should be parking.
Also a safety concern is that the propane cage is too close to the entrance of the store which is a hazard which makes it worse when they set out and smoke in front of it.
The employees of this store, that are trained by the store manager Stephanie Case are nothing but rude.
There are plenty of customers that would confirm this.
The store manager also falsified financial documents on a daily basis by keeping a bag of money at the store so when the register is over at the end of the shift they will take the overage and put it into the bag and save it and when the register has shortage they take cash from the bag to make the register count come out correct.
Sounds illegal to me and pretty shady but then again most of the folks at work at Dollar general at cove Arkansas or shady. But they had a good teacher the store manager which teaches them how to cut corners and walk the razor's edge between legal and illegal. Not to mention that all of the keyholders that I know of our own dope. I thought keyholders were supposed to take drug test. There's one employee that I know for sure stands out in front of the store and smoke a THC vape while the employee is at work.
I have also witnessed first-hand someone that has been accused of stealing from the store and when the store manager was confronted face to face and was proven wrong after watching video. The store manager never apologized to the man for falsely accusing him. Never one time did the words I'm sorry or I apologize come out of her mouth she is arrogate self-centered avoided that will not to take accountability for nothing once she is wrong.
Bottom line cove Dollar general that's nothing but go downhill for The last 5 years. The store is nothing but s*** because of the employees in the store manager. Stay out of there.

The manager at store 7818 Janitza is very rude this store I would rate A 1 because they never open two lanes when there is a long line even though there is people on the floor also asked this manager with help getting a two leader off top shelve she was ch8chatting with a vender blew me off waited for her to come over never did got a broom got it my self went to check out she was over eating an ice cream still talking with vender I told her thanks for the help just ignored me they just hire anyone and never checks on there stores

Dollar general markets are great.

I'm going several Dollar generals but the one in Newington Georgia the baskets that you took the food in is about as nasty as they can be the floor is always nasty the stores always clutter we can't get around sometimes I drive 15-20 miles out the way to go to a cleaner Dollar general
