HELLO THERE. AS A PERSON WHO HAS WORKED RETAIL FOR OVER 50 YEARS, IN GROCERY STORES IVE SEEN CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ALOT OF.PLACES, AND THE STUPIDITY OWNERS OR MANAGEMENT HAVE NO CLUE. I WORKED FOR QFC FOR 24 YEARS UNTIL KROGERS BOUGHT THEM OUT I LEFT AND WALKED.OUT. THE ORGINAL OWNERS OF QFC HAD A GOALS --- # 1 CUSTOMER SERVICE, #2 GREAT LOCATION, #3 CLEAN STORE, #4 QUALITY PRODUCTS. WHICH BURGER KING HAS NONE OF THESE. I GUESS IT IS ALL ABOUT THE BENJAMINS MONEY

 by Angela

There seems to be a morale or training issue @ the Burger King @ 1701 W. 95th St. I might be a good time to remind your staff that while wearing that uniform, their attitude is a direct reflection of the company. Unprovoked nastiness is unacceptable. I placed my order through the drive-through and cancelled at the window. There are other restaurant options and an unwelcoming attitude quickly reminded me of that.

BK was unable to fulfill my order placed via the app but their customer service department refuses to refund my money, offering me a fraction of the amount they took from my account in store credit only. This is theft.

You don't even answer your phone or complain you suck as a Company and some of your employees are very aggressive and disrespectful but you don't take responsibility don't even the franchise here in DeLand Florida they also suck you good for nothing so why you have Corporate and all this places to complain that you don't even answer no wonder you are so down as a Company!
