So frustrating not having the ability to file a complaint. We have 2 different franchises in our area and one puts mustard on their cheeseburgers and the other one doesn’t but you don’t know until you’re down the road that it doesn’t have mustard. They even have their pictures showing mustard on the sandwiches so it’s hard to tell. It aggravates me to the point I just don’t go to BK anymore.

I went to the burger king on Raeford Rd today in Fayetteville NC . I had a coupon for 7.99 large whopper combo the cashier charged me 11.09 7.99 with tax should have been 8.59 so bk 2.50 extra from me. I will not go to that bk again they take your money. I thought I was saving some money but I guess not.

Y'all should give up as a company, your online customer service is just as bad as the in restaurant service. The fact that you've made it so difficult to file a complaint is the reason you will never do better and will always be the laughing stick of the fast food industry. The location at azalea and government in Mobile Alabama should be closed. The drive thru takes about 45 minutes to get through and they almost always have the dining room locked up. Very disappointed with everything burger king at this point. You just lost a customer and I'll be warning everyone I know not to patronize any of your locations.
