What you need to know about Budget

We receive few complaints about Budget. In our latest case, Budget overcharged a client by $457. Budget charged an innocent customer $450, 18 days later. The company hit a non-smoking customer with a $450 cleaning fee three weeks after he returned his rental, backed only by a photo with “sweet smell” handwritten on the window as evidence of cigarette smoke.
