I'd give it a zero, if possible. Bought the $40/month, nationwide SIM in Florida on 10 Sept for my 2 1/2 week vacation. The card worked in Florida but, on 14 Sept when heading north to N Carolina, it failed totally upon passing the Georgia/Florida state line. I was totally in the dark for the drive and any satnav/data/phone/messaging till Sept 25th when I drove back into Florida from NC to fly back to the UK where I live. USELESS!!!!! I tried going to my account but was unable to get in as I didn't have a US address. I called Boost help line. They said to go to a local store and it would all be sorted. I drove 20 miles to the store. The lady tried to help BUT when she called Boost, I needed to give them more info that didn't work so NO HELP continued. STAY AWAY FROM BOOST UNLESS YOU JUST WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY. BURN IT INSTEAD ~~ IT MAKES A LOVELY, COLORFUL FIRE AND WILL HEAT YOU WHILE IT BURNS!
