Air Tahiti Nui, a government-owned airline, offers a unique set of destinations compared to other airlines. Based in Papeete, it operates flights to Tokyo, Los Angeles, Paris (via Los Angeles), Auckland, and Seattle.

Air Tahiti Nui customer service operates between Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Refunds are subject to receiving all necessary information from the passenger and some tickets are non-refundable. To apply for a refund for unused tickets, customers must provide the following details by mail:

1. Copy of the ticket or ticket number.
2. Original payment method details, including credit card number, type, expiration date (if paid by credit card).
3. Email or written address for receipt delivery.
4. If paid by cash or check, provide current mailing address and recipient’s name for refund.

Upon receiving the correct information, the airline processes refunds within seven days for credit card purchases and twenty days for cash or checks for tickets bought in the U.S. In specific cases like flight cancellations or oversales, fees for optional services not used by the passenger may be refunded.

Credit card refunds may take multiple billing cycles to reflect on statements. Customers should verify with their credit card company to ensure proper processing.
