What is Adria Rent a Car's cancellation policy?
Confirmed reservations can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 72 hours before the rental start time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental start incur a fee of 15% of the total rental price, with a minimum charge equal to one day’s rental. What documents do I need to rent a car from Adria Rent a Car?
You need a valid driving licence, a valid passport or national ID card, and a valid credit or debit card in your name. All documents must remain valid through the end of your rental period.
What is included in the rental price?
The standard rental price includes liability insurance, a CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) that reduces your liability in case of damage, theft protection (TP), the Bulgarian road tax vignette, and 20% VAT. CDW and TP only apply when a police report is presented. They do not cover damage caused by driving under the influence.
What is the deposit and how does it work?
A deposit of €200 is required for all vehicles and must be provided by credit or debit card in the renter’s name. The deposit is blocked on your card at pickup and released when the car is returned and inspected.
What is the fuel policy?
Cars are provided with a full tank and must be returned full. If returned with less than a full tank, you will be charged €1.50 per litre for missing fuel plus a €10 administration fee.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 48 hours.
