Our fearless researchers have opened another file: appliance manufacturers.

This may be one of the most difficult categories, since manufacturers often refer customer service problems back to retailers — and vice versa. Getting stuck in a seemingly infinite loop between the two is a distinct possibility.

But not with these contacts.

Today we’ve added Gibson/Electrolux, Goldstar/LG, Haier America Hitachi, InSinkErator, Jarden, Jura, Kaz, LG Electronics, Leonard/Electrolux and Sunbeam.

As always, please let me know which companies we should add.
