You can cancel your physical product order on the same day you placed it (unless it’s on backorder). However, submitting a cancellation request during the weekend or after business hours (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.) might not be processed before the product ships. Are returns subject to a restocking fee?

You can return products within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price and taxes, as long as they are returned undamaged and with all accessories, components, and parts. However, some returns will have a restocking fee:

  • If the purchase price is between $2,999.99 and $4,999.99, a 15 percent restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the purchase price is over $4,999.99, a 25 percent restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
