		<description>Elliott says &quot;USAir made up for its shortcomings by working with United to secure a full refund of the ticket&quot;.  I don&#039;t think they made up for anything; they merely did what they should have done in the first place.  If they wanted to make amends, they should have also provided free travel vouchers for future travel.  As you said, THEY sold the tickets so THEY are responsible.  So many companies are SO quick to take your money and then hand you off to ANYONE else when there&#039;s a problem.
