		<description>I rented a car from Alamo in Springfield, ,mo. I have nevre rented from Alamo. there was a dent in the back of the car when I picked up the car.
I reported the dent when I returned the car. The manager went to check it and said she was going to file a claim. She said they don&#039;t do walk around inspections when they rent cars. I now know I should have reported this when I received the rental car but I didnt. I am very honest and I really did not put the dent in the car. The manager said that the service dept reports damages and they are small don&#039;t have the staff to do walk arounds with customers. Again I have never used Alamo only Enterprise.</description>
