		<description>On January 3/2010 I flew to Idaho with Delta , purchased round trip tickets.During my stay my dear Mother passed away.This was a very heartbreaking experience and loss.Needless to say my return flight needed to be changed, The Airline was given over 48 hr&#039;s notice yet still charged us again. I was sure this had to of been a mistake.Within the week I called and spoke with personal, I was told that they would credit my account within 7/10 business days. To this date March 23 / 2010 they have not.Seems they are way behind, this is what I have been told by Delta.</description>
