After calling customer relations right after booking, I was informed that the fee could not be reversed. I escalated to the reps manager who also informed me that the fee cannot be reversed. They also could not provide me with any future discounts or incentives to offset the unwanted charge. I'm pretty disappointed and probably won't be recommending their services to my friends & family. @Christy

I made sure that the travel insurance box was NOT checked. However, when I received my receipt, there was an added per night fee of $15.00 for Travel Insurance! I called customer service and after almost 20 minutes of waiting was only coldly informed there was nothing the rep could do.. it was my problem for booking with Priceline! Someday, I think they are going to get hit with a huge lawsuit from an attorney general in any one state. People, Don't book through priceline, they don't care about you, or what happens after they get your money.
