		<description>I too have been receiving the cold shoulder from Icelandair. I have been trying to resolve a ticket issue that was an error on Icelandair&#039;s part for 4 weeks now. I am shocked each time I try to get this resolved.</description>

In one situation, they did not charge my client&#039;s card for weeks.  I wrote and reconfirmed the reservation and they said to allow &quot;some time&quot; before the card was charged, which was very strange.  Finally he was charged...only once...and in the meantime, we wondered if he really had a reservation!</description>
