My husband was diagnosed with leg aneurism the day after we purchased travel insurance. Now the claim has been denied on the basis of "pre-existing condition". The insurance is stating that he felt pain prior to purchasing the policy therefor it is a "pre-existing condition". Any one can help me fight this?
