of course they couldn't find any evidence of your phone calls and emails and written correspondence....it was deleted, erased and filed in the circular file a long time ago along with the hope you'd simply give up and go away...and all for 10 bucks...outrageous...and wouldn't certified mail have significantly chipped away at the $10 refund?? outrageous....I think at some point the dollar value isn't the issue...it's being treated like crap that somehow gets stuck in one's craw and for that reason I wouldn't have let this go either...someone has to stand up and scream that they aren't going to be abused anymore....Frontier really really really blew it when they only refunded you 10 bucks and probably a form letter apology stating they were so so so sorry that you were disappointed with them, thereby making you the bad guy....the least, the very least they could have done was send a voucher for a nomial amount along with the $10 check....is Frontier next on the chopping block? sounds like it.....

Are you really suggesting you would sue over 10 dollars?

I agree when a company promises something they should deliver, and that it becomes a cross to bear when your requests are continually ignored and mishandled......however its 10 dollars. I dont think that warrants a execs written apology or a lawsuit...... Take your money elsewhere and dont fly frontier.

just my two cents.

That's it - I just gonna stop working and send a complaint to every travel company in the world and ask for $10 - that'll work, huh?

The thing that drives you nuts is the wholesale failure to respond - there must a huge dumpster at every airline that gets the mail and goes from the mail truck to the trash . . . gives junk mail a whole new image. Imagnie being the staff that does nothing but read letters and send out form letter #5 to Jasper, #33 to Chris and throws out the letter from David - over and over again.

As for the $10 - you know better than that Chris. No one at any airline station has the authority to pay pay anyone anything without forms in triplicate - even then cash is never allowed -
