I thought Universal was bankrupt along with travel Protection Services, etc. I had the same problem as she did last year and received a letter from Jerry Watson stating my claim had been approved. Plus, I received a letter stating I would get paid over a 3 year period. I'm still waiting. Is Universal still in business? Do you have a phone # or email address? I have their counsel's address. In fact, I wrote to them a month ago. I haven't heard from them, of course. They owe me around $6800. Is there anything you could do? Hi Chris,
