I think the compensation was adequate, because the customer didn't give Apple enough of an opportunity to make this right. She just grabbed a cab and assumed it would cover the cost. Shill? Moi? When I tried to use to to go from Tampa to Las Vegas and return, the only routings for which the airline would allow the voucher to be used was via New York City.
