		<description>On one point Travelocity is correct: Bill should have called them either upon check-in, or the next morning, not after he returned home; his actions imply he was accepting the switch.  On the other hand, Travelocity says he &quot;never replied to their first response&quot;, but Bill says he &quot;has been getting the run-around&quot; from them; that implies he has responded.  I don&#039;t know Bill, but odds are Travelocity is fibbing and was hoping to get away completely free.  And the $150 voucher for FUTURE Travelocity travel is as good as free.  We poor consumers!
