		<description>John is right, Chris, and I&#039;m surprised you say that road taxes etc. should have been included in the rental price. In my experience they never are and the vouchers from AutoEurope clearly state as much. I think Jason is making a mistake if he never books with them again, as they not only almost always find the best rates but also are very good in settling disputes on behalf of their customers. He should, as you say, have gone to them first.</description>

We use Auto Europe all of the time. YOu can not pre-pay all of the expenses like airport fees / road taxes etc ahead time. Auto Europe has always disclosed this on the phone and in writing on the voucher. If you were gone a week, and you unintentional paid for your first tank of gas, the price is about right.</description>
