I have been going back and forth (4 months) with Singapore Airlines on a double charge as well (2 Cards), but due to me travelling with them internationally, they say that they cant do anything for me here in the USA and that I need to contact their international office, which I have done on numerous occasions. I am not getting any joy out of them, does anyone have any ideas?

Shouldn't travelocity refund the amounts with interest - the same amount that credit card will charge you, if you don't pay on time - the 17 or 20% rate?? It also should refund the difference in the fare.

Maybe I'm being slow, but I don't see what she got for her $33 fee over and above what she would have gotten had she booked directly with the airline.
