I took my family on wha twe thought was to be a great Bahama cruise. Royal carribean first lost our luggage. They changed our cabin, but failed to send the luggage to the new room. The pursers desk refused to help. My room steward at my request (and with a few dollars) checked the original room I was booked in and found our luggage. The entire cruise was like that. One problem after another. I wrote Royal carribean to complain. Three months later I wrote and called them because I had no response. Magically a letter appears at my travel agents office with a current postmark, but a letter dated 3 months earlier. Nice try, but I am not that stupid. Customer service is non-existent and they do not take care of complaints, just sweep them under the rug. Since I have cruised with other cruise lines and found all of them to have great service.

That is so typical of big companies like Royal Caribbean to treat and ignore their customers. I've never been on a cruise and I'm about to go on one this Sunday. Makes me wonder what I should expect. I think that was a terrible experience and while it is not Royal's problem that the customer fell, I know for a damn fact that they should have helped as much as possible. F***ERS really need to understand what CUSTOMER SERVICE is. Let's not forget why Royal Caribbean exist. Without AMERICAN customers (referred to that unprofessional doctor), they will be nothing. If I go on a cruise or spend more than enough money on a cruise and I'm not happy. I will make it my goal to make as much noise as possible so others will not spend their money and time on a 3rd class ship. No one should spend more than $700 and at least a week on a ship and be miserable.
