		<description>Just wanted to give everyone a heads up...I have been working on getting a refund of unusable tickets for my nanny and her family for over a year for flights they had booked on Aero California before they cancelled service out of LAX...I was given the run around for over a year with the airline and was about to give up when I contact the US Department of Transportation via an online complaint form...within hours I was contacted by Aero California and within 10 days had a full cash refund for the 4 unusable tickets...

If you are in the same situation, don&#039;t hesitate to file a complaint with the USDOT!!!
