I have written recently about Alamo's current lack of customer service. It still remains scarce, however it is only fair to mention that the reason I have neen a loyal customer over the years (Quicksilver Member since 1986!) has been a direct result of their (former) exemplary customer service.

It also seems that your experience was: a. A few years ago and b. the fact that you were in Mew Mexico. I think your experience is what I've become accustomed to and that is why their lack of customer service today (by stark comparison) is so poor. I still cannot understand how a VW Beetle is classified as a "Mid-Size" vehicle. Wow.
