All of the luggage wrapping kiosks are suddenly black and green instead of the old orange. TrueStar now has the contract for luggage wrapping. And, the enormous stacks of blue-wrapped luggage bound for Havana have been replaced by green. The basic charge for luggage wrapping is now $15 per piece.
