[...] These days, it's not uncommon to find RVers enjoying what's known as a nakation. It's simply the desire to travel and play in the nude. In fact, there are plenty of resorts and campgrounds which cater to the clothing-optional crowd. There are so many misconceptions about vacationing sans clothing, it would take an entire article to address them. But let me clear up just a few. Nudists are not perverts, and their resorts -- at least the ones represented by AANR -- are not seedy. They’re not all retired, though many of them are. And they aren’t exhibitionists looking for a date. In fact, you don’t have to remove all of your clothes at a clothing-optional resort (that’s why they call it clothing optional.) Source [...]

I have to chime in on this too. Once you try it, you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner. I've also found the people who take nakations are friendlier and more confident. Everyone looks the same and has nothing to hide under!

Here it is January 12, 2010 and not one comment!! Chris, you've got all your readers speachless.

I've been to a clothing-optional beach, Orient Beach in St. Martin, and we stayed at a resort at the end of the beach (not Club Orient). Orient Beach is an absolutely beautiful beach, with white sands and very friendly people. After a period of adjusting, you stop noticing if anyone is nude or not.
