It took tears and frustration and many trips back to the reservation agent, but no one offered anything. Then, after several hours, she called her mother and I informed her to ask for a supervisor and politely demand to be rule 240'd, and low and behold a flight to Chicago was located for them. Sorry can't remember the airline. Did anyone ever think of the disruption in flights and service and tourist sights when President Bush travels anywhere? That would make a great story.
