The link to the cease and desist order is below. Legendary Journeys as well as the other travel agents continue to make excuses that they are not to blame. In Friday's Sun Sentinel article, the owner of J.B. Travel claimed she was not to blame because she was not an agent of Prime Travel Protection. These excuses are simply that - excuses. I encourage you to contact Arthur Stanowicz at king2j@aol.com. Arthur and several other victims have commenced legal action against the travel agents who have defrauded what is estimated to be close to 20,000 Floridians.
