<description>Should United do this.......I will &#039;scratch&#039; them from where they are on my list of preferred airlines.
While I don&#039;t use them too often, (I hate traveling
thru Denver), I do use them to some of my rarer
areas that I serve for clients.
I dropped American last year for that reason, including dropping the AAdvantage credit card I carried.
Currently, I am using (in order of preference):
Southwest (get there ontime..no frills/don&#039;t expect them)
USAir (for East Coast trips) Continental uses BUSES (VANS) for some of the areas I service
and............FIRST on my list for SERVICE:
CONTINENTAL! Despite the griping I have heard about this airline, I have found they have been more than willing to assist with difficult transfers/upgrades etc.
I recently flew Business First to and from Hawaii
with miles........and had no trouble getting a seat.
I even had to change my return trip (while in Hawaii)
and they still managed to put me in Business First.
The flight attendants were wonderful.
I fly a roundtrip somewhere almost weekly.
American/Northwest (or Northworst in this household), are on my &quot;not unless there is no other
way&quot; list. United may be put on it shortly.
