		<description>

We were on our honeymoon! Went to Dominican Republic, room wasn&#039;t
ready, waited 4 hours. Could not change into our swim suits because the hotel
had our bags &quot;in safe keeping&quot; ever since we left the airport.

On our honeymoon, mind you, finally get our room that shares a door with the
couple from hell who wont stop fighting and actually broke up and were trying
to survive the rest of the trip and then he was moving out. Gotta love cheap
hotel doors.

We finally get a new room and a little alone time and we are both so
frustrated and exhausted, we fall asleep in each others arms.

Rest of the trip was the greatest ever but there was a point where we
actually wanted to just go home and eat the cost of the trip.

		<description>I am getting so nervous about my trip to Miami next week. I jumped at a USAirvacation trip and booked the Deauville. Now, I am reading such horrendous reviews on line. My husband is a CPA so I am taking my two daughters alone.
What frightens me most are the reports that if you complain, they play games and lock you out of your room with the electronic system.
I normally book our trips through Liberty or AAA. If there were ever any problems, I had someone to call to help out. I have always enjoyed the anticipation of our vacations, but I am making myself sick over this.

Any advice?
