		<description>I think you are correct in that the Hotels are trying to bet the system on sites such as tripadvisor with fake reviews and with these now being transferred to Google Business Listings its a bit of a concern.

Our team are currently (slowly) creating a hotel review site for our city to ensure everyone gets a personal review from an impartial source and not a hotel posing as a guest! It&#039;s our way of taking word-of-mouth online.</description>

I am guilty of taking a &quot;Fam&quot; trip and feeling obligated to report positively publicly and negitively privately. Even though these trips are few and far between these days, I avoid them unless it is understood that I will say what I want publicly. That said isn&#039;t it amazing how little some folks will take to say something nice about a product.  With any review it pays to know the reviewer.  On the Internet I know very few.
