New at On Your Side: automobile manufacturers

By | April 27th, 2011

Our intrepid researchers have finished yet another category: car manufacturers.

If you have a problem with your car, now you have an executive contact you can turn to when your dealership can’t — or won’t — help. As always, I recommend you go through the normal channels before taking your grievance to an executive.

But it never hurts to know someone in charge, does it?

Today, we’ve published files on the following companies: American Suzuki Motor Corporation, BMW of North America, Chrysler Group, Ford Motor Company, GM, Honda Motor Company, Hyundai Motor America, Kia Motors America, Nissan North America, Toyota, Volkswagen of America and Volvo Cars of North America.

And more are on the way.

As always, we’re very grateful to our researchers Marianne Luke and Vanessa Reese for their hard work.

If you’re interested in becoming a researcher for this wiki and making the world safe for consumers, please send me a note.
