Overview
Royal Caribbean Cruises operates the Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises. Although they are distinct brands, many of the customer service functions of these two companies are integrated. Basically, that means that whether you cruised on a Royal Caribbean ship or a Celebrity ship, the buck stops at the same place: in the corporate office of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. in Miami. It is difficult to generalize about the kind of customer service you should expect. Much of it is good. Some of it is very bad.

i overheard a rumor that royal was considering having independent retailers on the ships to sell goods. i happen to think it would be a first for royal to do so,& having been a fan of royal for years &a crown& anchor member, 402292613 i would love to see this happen, i would be interested in some info if there is any. i can be reached at 610-608-0843
