I needed the passport on or before 7/4/09,I was on a cruise to Bermuda embarking on 7/5/09.The passport was never issued or delivered.due to the July 4 holiday. I went on the cruise as a passport was not required to Bermuda. Upon returning,I called Patricia Blaise at 866-682-1505 for a refund. I was denied a refund as I did not cancel the order within 48 hours.The passport was never processed,issued,or delivered. I was told that I could continue the process for an additional $189. What was the original $359 for?. I refused to pay any more money, If you can help,great.but please let it be known that rushmypassport.com is an online company that will take your money and not deliver the product. Thank you.
